Depending on the type of film and the specific application,
special properties are required from the roller cover. In cooperation with our specialists, your product will be created by selecting the most suitable formulation for your specific application.

We supply rubber coatings for foil production and foil finishing (e.g. PE, PP, PS, PVC, etc.) that have been tested in practice and are developed and manufactured exactly according to the requirements of your application.

Foil finishing

• Foil finishingLaminating and inking rollers
  High resistance to temperature with deadhesive surface.
• Welding rollers
  High temperature resistance with deadhesive surface
• Lacquering rollers
  With best surface quality and very high solvent resistance.
• All type of flexoprint rollers (also as sleeves)
  With very good laser properties and highly resistant to solvents with long service life and, if required, with very good wetting properties for water inks.
• Rollers for gravure (also as sleeves)
  Solvent resistant pressure rollers with hardnesses from 70 to 90 ShA. If required also special conductive pressure rollers or rollers for electrostatic-supported gravure (ESA).
• Traction, transport, guide and deflecting rollers
  Wearfast and with long service life.
• Rollers with antistatic or conductive coverings
  Antistatic = surface resistance less than one gigohm
  Conductive = surface resistance less than one megaohm

In case of special applications we also develop custom engineered covers.
