English PU-Covered rollers
When requirements increase, PU-coated rollers or rolls are the ideal solution. They provide maximum wear resistance, oil resistance and resistance to weathering such as UV and ozone.
They are also resistant to hot acids and alkalis in high concentrations. In addition to the coating, we also develop your individual PU roller cover to meet your specific requirements.
The coatings are made of rollable or casted polyurethane. They and are available in hardness grades from 30 Shore A to 75 Shore D. In addition to their excellent wear resistance and durability, polyurethanes provide a temperature range of -50 to +150 °C. Furthermore, they show excellent cut and tear resistances. they can be equipped with electrical discharge capability. These positive properties make them suitable for use in the food sector, too.
